Frequently Asked Questions

We are open from Tuesday until Saturday from 08.00 am to 09.00 pm. On Sunday and Monday we are available for teleconsultation.

It is not always necessary to meet a doctor physically. Telehealth is consulting with a doctor via your phone. This can be done by calling, WhatsApp calling or through our advanced TeleHealth system.

No problem at all! Our doctors are more than happy to prescribe medication. The easiest way is to schedule a teleconsultation. We can then act quickly and ensure that the prescription is ready for pickup at the nearest pharmacy.

For tourists or expats with a (Dutch/American) health insurance, costs are usually fully covered by the insurance company. MedPoint will provide you with the right documentation for the insurance company. In addition, you will receive a medical report which you can share with your own doctor back home. Please let our doctor know if you would like to receive your report.

Cancellations must be made 3 hours in advance. If the  cancellation takes place within 3 hours before the consultation, we will charge the full consultation fee. Please call our doctor directly to cancel your appointment.

Our doctors speak English, Dutch, Papiamentu and Spanish.

You can reach MedPoint by phone, WhatsApp, e-mail and via our contact form. We are also available during weekends and evenings. For life-threating situations call 911.

Yes, our doctor will meet you at your location and will bring all the supplies needed for this medical procedure.
